Yu-Gi-Oh Champion of the Lair – Jordan Charles Hinton in Decatur, IL
Jordan Charles Hinton was the winner of our Yu-Gi-Oh tournament on Sunday November 24th, 2013. Jordan had to face someone he considers his rival in the semi-finals. “Our duels always go into round 3 so I know he is a strong match for me. Normally I always fall short of beating him in the third game which results in my loss. However, this time was different. I finally beat him in a match. This made me feel like nothing could stop me from winning the tournament and even though the person I faced in the finals put up a fight, I wasn’t going to be denied my chance for glory!”, said Jordan when we spoke with him yesterday. He also explained that he and his friend/rival fight every single week which is more than likely a testament to the bracketing system used. It tends to pair up partners that are equally matched. The deck Mr. Hinton was running is known as “Blackwings” and is feared by many. We would like to congratulate Jordan Charles Hinton on his victory and on becoming our newest Champion of the Lair!
